ALONG COMES MARY

This time of year, the struggle is real for me to stay on top pf eating healthy & not over indulging. What, with the stuffing, potatoes, home-made pies, chips & dips, wine, drinks–its my favorite time of year! 😉 To stay on track with my diet yet still enjoy myself, I allow myself to go crazy at the holiday gatherings & soirees.  On the days in between, though, I want to be mindful yet STILL have great tasting & quality meals.
